we had practical room, share bathroom and garden too, it was lovely. nice service from the excellent co-operating staff. the beds were soft.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally located residence. the staff, especially Mr Bil, who is Chinese, Malaysian, was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with various issues throughout our stay. the hotel itself had shiny floors and a great location, situated in the heart of the triangle formed by KL Tower, KLCC, and the Twin Towers. We were able to walk to these famous spots within 15 minutes. the nearest stations, KL Monorail and LRT, were also conveniently close by. the swimming pool, located between the A and B towers, provided a peaceful retreat, while the exercise gym required sport shoes for use. In terms of amenities, there was a nearby AEON supermarket, just a 10, minute walk away. Little India was also within a 15 to 20, minute walk, and Chinatown was accessible within 30 minutes. we found it easy to navigate the area by foot without relying on transportation. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤷‍♂️.

The pool is great and perfect for a refreshing dip. the laundry service is convenient and the guy working there is really nice. Having a 24-hour supermarket and café in the building is a big plus as well.

The location of this budget accommodation is great, with easy access to public transport such as the nearby rail station of Bukit Nanas and Bukit Nanas monorail station. It is conveniently situated near the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff is helpful and accommodating, as mentioned by past guests like Mr David and his colleagues.

The security of the large tower block where the hotel is located has been a concern, with many people coming in and out constantly.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with a stunning view of KL Tower. The location was perfect, close to Bukit Nanas MRT and delicious nasi kandar at Pelita Restaurant. The staff treated me well and the security was top-notch.

The breakfast option could use some improvement, maybe offering a wider variety of choices.

I recently stayed at a fantastic residence in Kuala Lumpur for a week and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The unit was incredibly spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I especially loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views. The location was perfect, with famous landmarks like the Twin Towers and KL Tower within walking distance. There were also plenty of shopping malls nearby. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi and good air conditioning. Plus, there was a convenient grocery store right in the block. it was a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, surpassing all my expectations. The fully equipped, modern kitchen was also a great bonus.
